What is the cutoff for Same-Day Shipping?
Place your order by 2:00 PM EST, and we’ll ship it out the same business day! Orders placed after the cutoff or on weekends will ship the following business day.
How do I get Free Shipping?
It’s simple! Any order with a subtotal of $50 or more automatically qualifies for Free Standard Shipping at checkout.
What width are your gang sheets?
All our gang sheets are a standard 22 inches wide, giving you plenty of room to "nest" your designs and maximize your value.
How soon can I pick up my order?
Local orders are typically ready within 24 hours. You will receive a notification via email or text as soon as your transfers are cured, cooled, and ready for pickup.

What file format do you require?
For the highest quality results, please upload PNG files with a transparent background at 300 DPI. We print exactly what you upload!
Do you check my files for errors?
To maintain our 24-hour speed, we use an automated print process. We do not edit or proof your files. Please ensure your "gang sheet" is laid out exactly how you want it printed.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes! Our pricing is already tiered for wholesale. Our 240" and 360" rolls offer the lowest price-per-inch for high-volume apparel decorators.
How many washes will these transfers last?
Our DTF transfers are rated for 50+ industrial washes with a soft-hand feel and excellent stretchability.
