What is a DTF gang sheet?
A DTF gang sheet is a single film where multiple designs or multiple copies of a single design can be added in required size. It is affordable and efficient for bulk orders.
What’s the difference between ordering by gang sheet and by size?
- By Size: You order single designs in a set size (e.g., 8x8, 10x10, 12x12).
- Gang Sheet: You can place multiple designs on one large sheet (e.g., 22x60), which saves cost and reduces waste.
What file types do you accept?
We accept PNG, PDF, or vector files at 300 DPI for best quality.
How do I apply DTF transfers?
Place the DTF transfer on your garment and cover it with transfer or parchment paper for optimal results. Press using a heat press at 320°F with medium pressure for 15 seconds. Let it cool for 2–3 minutes, then peel from any edge. For best finish, cover it again with parchment paper and press at 320°F for another 15 seconds.
