For Print As Is Orders

For "Print As Is" orders, Square DTF will not be responsible for subpar prints resulting from low-resolution images, images containing semi-transparent pixels, or any other issues that may affect print quality.

When uploading please make sure that your images meet the below criteria:

  • Recommended DPI: 300. The image should have a transparent background. You will receive the image as you have uploaded it.
  • You confirm that you own or have the necessary rights to use the submitted artwork. You acknowledge that all uploaded images, designs, text, and other artwork have been carefully reviewed, approved, and are final for production. Once your order has been submitted, no artwork edits, modifications, corrections, or design changes can be made. You also understand and agree that the printer is not responsible for any variations in print quality, color, resolution, transparency, or other issues resulting from the artwork files provided.

Pressing Instructions

Follow these steps for best results:

  1. Pre-press your garment for 3–5 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles.
  2. Position the transfer face-down on the garment.
  3. Press at 305°F with 70–80 PSI or medium-firm pressure for 15 seconds.
  4. Peel the film after its completely cool (cold peel) for 1 to 2 minutes. Check your specific transfer for the recommended peel method.
  5. Re-press with a guard paper for 8 seconds to enhance wash durability and provide a smoother finish.

Note: Settings may vary slightly depending on your heat press and fabric type. Always perform a test press first.
